This was my first purchase at WildWoven Leather. Overall, it was a good purchase that I am happy about. I think I will be more than okay making more purchases there, as well as recommending them to others. For that reason, giving it the highest rating, though it was not absolutely a perfect delivery.
Pros:
1. The wallet is really beautiful. Compact, just as I wanted. It has a good build quality. Color is also nice.
2. There are some subtle touches, like the small Bangladesh map etched on the back. The logo is good too.
3. Overall packaging was really, really good. It was neatly packed, and the touch of care was easily felt. Really appreciate it.
4. They included a letter in an envelope which is also a nice touch.
5. The persons I talked to over the phone were very polite, well-educated and well-mannered. Cooperative too.
Cons:
1. After placing the order, few days passed, there was no delivery, no response. I called them, then they took immediate action. They apologized that they ran out of its stock, admitted on their own that they should have informed me but they missed it. Putting it in “Cons” section only because I was eagerly waiting for the wallet (as it was a gift item).
2. The delivery was a bit delayed. It was on the delivery-person. He missed delivering it on time (as per him), was delayed by couple of days (with a national holiday in between, as it was delivered at my office address).
3. The delivery-person did not come upstairs as he said he had bike with him and could not leave it downstairs, etc. Then he did not have the required change. So, overall, the issues were mainly with the delivery. I wish it was a bit more smooth.
