Inside Dhaka Metro delivery charge is 60TK.

For Outside Dhaka Metro delivery charge is 130 TK
Payment Method: Delivery charge 130 TK has to be paid in advance via bKash to confirm an order that has to be delivered out side Dhaka. Rest of the payment can be paid in Cash on Delivery or in Advance via bKash while placing the order.

DELIVERY TIME:

Inside Dhaka: 2-5 Working Days
Outside Dhaka: 4-8 Working Days
The delivery person will make a call before he starts distributing the products.

Return & Exchange:

We offer on spot return facility. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods in their original packaging and condition to the delivery person.

WildWoven Leather Products provides 7 days right to complaint covering defect manufacture and materials registered during normal use of the item. The right to complaint does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear, resulting directly or indirectly from wrongful use, bad maintenance, violence or unauthorized operations.

Complaints regarding defects or faults discovered during normal examination of the item must be communicated to WildWoven Leather Products within a 7 day period. Subsequently, items may be returned for one of the following: repair and exchange.
